Spraying

SAS Decorating now has a dedicated specialist spray team offering the full range of on site spraying techniques.

We can supply the following spraying systems:

Airless paint spraying

– Mainly used for water based paints, A cost effective technique for spraying vast areas or areas that conventional painting methods would be unsuitable i.e. areas with lots of trunking, ducts and pipes.

Full preparation will be given to areas prior to spraying. All unpainted areas will be professionally masked off ensuring no overspray

Fast application means savings can be passed on to the client.

HVLP (high volume low pressure)

This system allows for the maximum amount of paint to be applied with the minimum amount of over spray or excess fumes. Pressurised air pushes paint out of a gun to give a smooth flat finish.

Leaves surfaces with a factory finished appearance. The paints we use can be applied to any hard surface i.e. wood, metal or plastic after application of correct primer/sealer.

We use two part filler to repair any damage which allows for movement in the surface without sinking into the repair.

High build primer is then applied to cover any scratches or chips and give a flat surface to paint.

Two Part paint is quick drying; hard wearing doesn't fade in sunlight or react to cold/hot conditions. It is Suitable internally or externally available in any colour, can be matched to an existing colour with finishes available in mat, satin, solid gloss, metallic gloss.

SAS supply all masking and fume extraction included in price

SAS supply full Method statements and risk assessments for all works
